• Local Deliveries (within Kenya): 2–4 business days.
• International Deliveries: 7–15 business days (depending on destination and courier services).

Delivery Charges

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
• Free delivery on all local orders above KES 15,000.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delays

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Homely Haven is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
